Woah Been a longtime since I've posted to this not that anyone reads it lol.
Went to Fun Ford Sunday with Mae on 9/11, it was fun got to put some cars with faces, met a few new friends! I also won 2 raffle bags!! Also won a 50/50 spilt! $42.50!
almost paid for my gas lol

I did finally fix my gas gauge! Pulled the dash pad out to swap it out for the weekend of the 1st & 2nd October shows BOTH Days!
Then come to find that somebody never hooked up my under dash speaker in my car..... frickin idiots>>>>>>
Did the show at Octoberfest in Cambrian Plaza, met a bunch of really nice people! The next day was Los Altos Wine and Arts/ Classic Car show.
Tomorrow is my Birthday going to the Eagles concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then on Saturday another car show, Saratoga Classic car show at the Federated Church in Downtown Saratoga from 3-5 pm. It's for Hurricane Katrina Victims, all proceeds go to it!
So if ya want come by and say Hey!
I'll be there with my TOP Down! lol
Might do another one on the 29th, we'll see.................................

Yeah!!
I got the front and rear end redone!! Now it doesn't look like my car is doing a wheelie! lol
It sure does handle better now! Duh you would hope so.. So now just waiting on some parts I ordered to finish off the missing chrome pieces. Repaint a dash piece, fix a crack in the dash and detail the car some more, then I just might be ready for the show next month..
Well, I know there is another small car show tommarow maybe I just might cruise over there in my Cat and see what happens..

Well to my surprise. I was have some lunch with some friends and a get a call My car was done!
Yeah, it's so much nicer to drive I got the tranny done and the master brake cylinder was what was wrong with my brakes. I t still leaks oil like a sieve but what can you do its a FORD lol. I will eventually get the engine replaced once I have some more money saved up. Now hopefully my suspension guy can get me my coils springs done I'll swap the leaf springs out and be ready for the show in time! Wish me luck..

Well, its been a long long time since I rocked and rolled.

I haven't updated in a long while, have done anything to my baby due to lack of $$

but even with the lack of funds, I decided that I'm putting her in a local show next month!

Its my first(yeah I know I'm a virgin) lol. Anyways so I decide its time to get the tranny

leak fixed, turns out my tranny is shot . So I'm scrimping up to replace it. I still need to

get the front coil springs redone, since my suspension guy screwed up and put the wrong

ones in, it looks like my car is doing a wheelie! And to top it off my rear leaf springs that

we replaced last summer, the right one is sagging! But they have a lifetime warranty, I

called got the new ones in two days! The only pisser is that now I have to swap them out

big pain in the arse. Well hopefully my car will be ready for the show next month, and

with the tranny done, maybe I'll see you on the road, with the top down baby!

Well we put the cat in SHS'S "Battle of the Boom" contest and even with my subwoofer goin out we still KICKED ASS!!!!
What can I say MY 69 XR7 REALLY DOES ROCK!!! lol

Well now that the weather has been nice I have been driving my car to school most days, at least when it is sunny out! I'm kinda bummed though, I love drivng my car but I didn't want to use it as my daily driver it still needs a lot of work done but alas no cash no fix

I did come up with a name for my car; THE " Cat Mobile"

well hopefully, by this time next week I will have my car back on the road
As now I'm waiting for the interior to be finished and the kick ass stereo system installed
they finally fixed all my electrical problems after about 1100.00 apparently, the previous owner had pluged in all kinds of stuff in to things in the dash that are not supposed to be used and fried out alot of stuff
But at least that is fixed and now I can now finaly get my tunes in !
The only last major thing is the passenger window as it is not working right the regulator is busted or something but hopefully the guys can fix it so I don't have to replace the whole thing, keep your fingers crossed for me. anyways I will try to take some more picts this week on the progress and put them on my web site just click on the web site on my page and it will take you there. I just hope when I do get my car back it is sunny out and not raining, I WANT TO DRIVE IT WITH THE TOP DOWN !!! I DON'T CARE HOW COLD IT IS !

Well, now that the holidays are over and I can relax, I still don't have my car back !
I went up to the upholstery shop on the Friday before Christmas hoping to drive her home, but they still hadn't fixed the electrical problem and to top it off I was helping
trying to go over the last steps of the electrical things I had done with the guys, and pulled out the tilt steering switch and forgot to put it back in all the way and then got out of the car and shut the door and I f@#^*ing broke the damn thing ! Meanwhile, my car is locked up while the guys are on vacation.
So now I have to wait even longer and my Cougar buddy was going to help put my stereo in but by the time I get it back he will probably be off to school again
Oh well maybe some sunny day next year I'll see ya on the road
